Love It Guarantee: If you don't love your portrait, contact us at royalpawsportraits@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. No need to send the canvas back. Damaged or defective canvases are reprinted free — just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
